I’m trying to adopt a frugal lifestyle. For years I’ve splurged and spent money that could have been used for better things. I want to do better so bad. I have the desire, but my actions keep falling short, especially with eating out. What do you all tell yourselves to make it easier to not spend that money. I hate the intentions, but I keep spending, even though I have food at home. Any techniques, tips, hacks? I know I sound pretty stupid, but I could really use some advice on how to stay the course.
