I rarely post, but I have figured this is really important so I want to soak up as much information as I can. I currently live with my family, I'm 20 years old. Mom, dad, 2 brothers, 1 sister. 3 bedroom apt.
I have the option to move out to a very nice place, with 3 additional roomates, 5 bedrooms.
Money is the problem. I work as a salesman.
Base salary (USD) : $1,800 Monthly expenses (USD): $1,215
I own a car that I pay monthly for.
Monthly car: $665
Now the rent, will be no more than $550 each, maximum.
After those expenses, that leaves me with $585 for the rest of the month, again this is purely off of the base salary. I have a girlfriend, I like to take her out. I have my needs as well, friends to go out with, and what about food? Gas?
I want to move out to try something new, and I know, as bad as it may be, I can always fall back and move in back with my family.
How can I pull this off? What could I do, what would you do?
