Grandmother passed away, did not leave us much. Back in 2011 I presume it was, my grandma got 69,000$ from a breast surgery that wasn't that successful. Over the process of 2 years, she had sent money to my grandfather & spent 50,000 on checks, no valuables. Like 7500 was the most for one month. She has nothing to show for it, like in her house there was no crazy upgrades TVs outside etc. We feel as though he got the accounts messed up with the other Judy that he married, the bitch Judy that never liked my bunch of family, instead of my grandmas bank account. That Judy is also dead like my grandmother who died march 25th. Anything we can do to get that money reimbursed on my grandpas mess up? It would benefit my cousin, I, my father, and my uncle. Any advice would be much appreciated.
