Recently decided to renovate the flooring in our sunroom. It appears that the previous owner built the room directly onto the existing deck and simply put carpet over the top. My plan was to rip up the carpet and attach some 1/2 inch PT plywood and then use laminate flooring on top of that.The main problem is that water is coming in one of the corners underneath the wall. I want to solve this problem prior to putting in a new floor. Has anyone ever had this and what is the best course of action.
