So I've been looking at these Zamberlan Verbier boots for a few days, but I can't seem to find any information or reviews on them at all really. If anyone has any experience with either these or the rest of the lifestyle range, I would love to hear what you think!
I am also open to other suggestions, my budget of £250. I did take a look at the Grenson Brady, which I like the look of, but it's a little over budget and I've heard mixed things about the G:Two range. The Taft Viking looks like it fits the bill (although a little over-budget) but I don't want something shipped from america in case the sizing is wrong.
What I'm looking for is:
- Brown leather hiking-style boot to wear around the city, but can stand up to the occasional outdoor country/trail walk and crappy/wet English winters.
- Goodyear or Norwegian welted construction.
- No Gore-Tex lining as my feet tend to get hot and sweaty as it is. My past few GTX boots always end up smelling god awful.
- UK or European retailer so it is easier to send back in case of wrong sizing and avoids duty fees.
- Normal to Wide toebox, it really depends on the brand, but I have had some come up to narrow on me in the past.
Edit: Forgot some details.
