So I've recently started finally prepping meals for the week in order to cut down on my monthly food costs/be a little bit healthier. But I'm finding out the the vegetables that I'm buying from the grocery store are way too expensive and are not big enough portions.

I'm kind of against canned veggies, but if there's something i'm missing i'm definitely open to the idea.

I feel like this is a basic thing for a lot of people but I'm very fresh into the world of buying groceries haha. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
