First time poster, posting on mobile, yada yada... I study Taekwondo. In the past couple of weeks my head instructor came to me and asked me take more of a leadership role and work with the elementary school students. I was happy to jump on the opportunity. After a couple of weeks of going in after work to watch the kids and even instruct the class myself. He told me he was very impressed with my methods and offered me a job on the spot. He can't match what I make at my current job, but its close. I make a little over $1600 after taxes and he offer $1300 after taxes. But he can't offer health insurance right now, so I'd have to get something supplemental in the mean time. It's an amazing opportunity and it's waaaay more fulfilling than my current job. I'm kinda at a loss as to what to do... So I'm putting this out there to get as many opinions as I can.
Edit: forgot to mention, if I do take the job, is there any way I can supplement the income? Is there freelance stuff I can do on the side when I need to?
