My vacuum is on the fritz. Best budget replacement? I'm tired of cheap vacuums that barely work and break in less than a year.

I still have some trouble shooting to do with it, so maybe it can come back from the dead, but in the meantime, any recommendations for a decent, inexpensive vacuum?
