What are the limitations, laws, regulations, taxes, requirements when sending high quantities of money to Mexico? I just bought a piece of land there and I would like to build a house. So, we're talking about sending $10,000 or more to start the process. I was thinking of transferring money from a bank from United States to Mexico, but idk how that works or of there is other way to send money. Also, I'm a recent graduate with around $12,000 in loans. So, I'm not expecting to start sending money until I find a job, establish my self, and pay out my loans. Also, if a send money without having a job, assuming that is possible, would I get in trouble or would it look suspicious to the government? My brother wants to help me by lending me money, so sending $10,000 out of nowhere might look suspicious.
