I'll be getting around 30k in life insurance money soon. I have 4k in savings. And around 7k in debt (car and student loans.) I've never owned a home. I live in the Rust belt and I'm working two jobs that will net me about 50k a year.
What should I do with the money? I'm looking to purchase a home within the next year or so also.
