Hey Guys,Living in Canada, Manotick Area, older house and I ran into something I've never seen before.https://ift.tt/2JSsYlt is stubbed through the foundation it seems, and grounded?? to my main panel.The problem is that it has been leaking like crazy with all the snow melt and rain.
