My credit card was used to purchase things online for $1400 six months ago, the merchandise was sent to the local FedEX and picked up by someone with a fake ID.

and six months later, my bank sent me the letter said they are not going to refund me the money, unless I get the surveillance tape of the pick-up. but Fedex only store the footage for 30 days.

Any experts know what could I do under this condition? Big thank you in advance!
