Test on an unobtrusive surface first to ensure it does not affect the plasticpick it off mechanically. Use the softest tool possible - start with woodIf the surface is smooth and shiny sand it down with extremely fine water paper (>3000) with lots of soap and water, buff with polishing compound to restore shine.
