I want to own an automotive race track. There's one for sale in my town. It's going for 1.6 million dollars. (Its probably not going to sell any time soon)
Go ahead laugh. The likely hood of this working itself out is a joke. I know. But it doesnt matter I still want to try to make it happen.
I'm 24 years old. Hypothetically if I were to pursue this crazy dream where would I even start? I dont have the money , or a business partner, or any knowledge in business/ finances what so ever. I'm a broke college student who literally has no career goals other than this. So if you have any suggestions. Let me know. I have no idea what I'm doing.
Financially where do I start?
I watched 'we bought a zoo' the other night and now it feels like anything is possible. Haha maybe this insanity will wear off in a few weeks but if I can come up with a plan on how to make it happen and then did it successfully ... well I would have a pretty amazing life/ career.
