Does anyone have any recommendations for a 24 year old couple wanting to invest and retire early? Early to me is mid to late 40’s. We only owe 67,000 on our home, mortgage is $450 a month. We also owe $4500 on a line of credit, but that is the only debt we have. Payments on the line of credit are $160/mo. I was looking into Roth IRA’s but the only downside to that method is that you have to wait til 59 to withdraw. I make $18.15/hour (full time), will top out in 10 years at $25/hour. My wife cuts hair so I come is relatively small and variable with her. Considering we want to retire early, what are some things we could do to help and what investments would be wise for us to take on?
