Not sure if this is just a few stores, but I stopped into my local TJMaxx today (it is a Runway store btw), and I saw a huge shipment of designer/luxury sunglasses for ~$20-60. None were more than $60. Of course some of them were crazy styles but I saw quite a few that were pretty wearable, classic shapes - they had a pretty big selection!

Quay - $20
DIFF eyewear - $20
Karen Walker - $50 (?)
COACH - $50
Emporio Armani - $60
Michael Kors (I think the real designer, but could be diffusion line, not sure)
