My sisters ex boyfriend had a debt of over 1200$, my dad being the nice guy he is helped pay some of it off. Now that he paid some of it off, they are no longer going after my sister ex but going after my dad for the debt. What should he do? Also we're in MN don't know if that makes a difference.
