Soybeans, one of few foods that provides a significant amount of all 3 macronutrients and also one of the most widely cultivated crops in the world. The commodity price is around 15 cents per pound but I find it frustratingly difficult to find them for anything less than $2 /lb. at various up-market grocery stores or even online. Of course these are always "non-gmo", orcanic, ect. but who cares about that. Does anyone else who enjoys eating these know of a way to get them for a more reasonable price?
