What knife brands should I keep and eye out for at thrift stores? I have read every post that came up on the search for “knives” and so far the list seems to be: Global Knives, Wusthof, Victorinox, Shun, Henckels, and Cutco

In addition to the list I have also learned you only really need a good chefs knife, bread knife, and pairing knife.

I’d hate to unknowingly pass up the Le Creuset of knives in a thrift store so I’m hoping to get a longer list.
