I'm a freelancer and I'm just exhausted (bored, more like it) with my current work. I'm considering getting a real world job to complement my freelance earnings.

The problem is, I haven't purchased clothes since 2012, if you can believe it. I've been freelancing since that year, and I worked from my apartment. Never had any reason to go outside. All my 'home' clothes are all worn down and would fit a homeless person outfit.

I also lost 20kg over the past year (sitting in front of the PC all day with minimal exercise added a ton to my weight) after a bit of intermittent fasting. This means all my old clothes are also 'too big' now or at the very least, stretched out.

I kinda don't have anything to wear for job research/interview, and I don't want to spend a lot on clothes at the moment since my savings are for rainy days. Any advice? I don't know if this is the correct sub for this. Sorry for the long and rambling text.

I currently have 2 pairs of pants (that are now too big), 3 worn out shoes (purchased back in 2010 or so) and an assortment of tops which have long since faded and stretched out. Any tips would be great.

Greetings from the Philippines btw :)
