I don't know if it's allowed, but I just want to give a shout out to the tv my son accidentally broke with a toy, a Bravia. It wasn't a forty year old piece of equipment or anything, but I've had terrible luck with flatscreen TVs, as they seem to last two or three years then fry out. Our tv has seen thousands of hours of use over the past eight years, in addition to two moves, getting banged around by other toys, and other miscellaneous damage, and has not once given me an ounce of trouble. I had an LG before this, and something else I can't remember, and neither lasted more than two years.
I know this sounds like r/hailcorporate material, but I swear it's not. Mods, I understand if it's not allowed, but I just wanted to vent.
