I have a master bedroom that was converted from a garage previously and I've torn up all the old carpeting and inspecting the floor I noticed a few low spots in the middle of the slab which is no problem, I'll use a self-leveler there. My issue comes is that since it was a garage previously it has large expansion joints at the perimeter where it meets the house and where the driveway used to start. It has a pretty good dip at the edge, probably 3/16 in just 5-6" of run. How would I level this out as I can't use a self-leveler there without it running into the expansion joints? Would I just use a typical concrete patching compound and level it manually? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2tRc5wL
