For me, sustainability goes hand in hand with my frugality, and recently while going through clothes I found quite a few that were old, stained, hole-y (like beyond repair), and in general had no further use for me or anyone else. I didn't want to just throw them out when there was still plenty of okay material, and after asking at r/zerowaste I was told that H&M takes old clothes for recycling and gives out vouchers for your efforts. I hope this information is valuable to somebody else! If you know of any other retailers that have similar practices, feel free to name-drop them here in this thread!
