I am 23 year old, no degree yet, no debt, 2k in savings.

When I turned 18, I wasted a year in a HUGE university. From age 20-23, I went to a local community college and tried a bunch of different classes. I settled on an Associate's of Science in Welding, and am currently 6 classes away from graduation. When I was in my first semester of welding I landed a job as a shop assistant in a fabrication shop (11/hour). Second semester, I'm promoted to Welder-Fabricator and definitely a notable worker (13/hour). A month later, our manager is fired by the owner over a fight about "communication style". They asked me and the other top welder-fabricator to step in as "interim managers for 1-3 months" until another manager could be hired (13/hour +800/monthly bonus). I stopped being a full time student, transitioned to part time student/full time worker. 10 months later, I am now Shop Manager (13/hour +800/ monthly bonus...with 10-20 hours of over time every week but this does fluctuate). I am overworked (and possibly underpaid, I manage my department efficiently and produce more than most) and I am struggling to finish my associates.

Goals...I want to get my Bachelors at a local university in Construction Management (would cost between 8-10k a year). I want to get a new job, that can help me transition from being a part time student/full time worker to vice versa - I want to go to school full time and work part time/or as much as I can.

I do not know how to get to Point A (where I am now) to Point B ( to move towards my goals).

Salary: about 2700/month (fluctuates) Rent: 400/month Bills: 400/month Tuition: 1500-2000/semster Savings: 2000

Should I finish my Associates the try to get my Bachelors?

Should I stick this job out for the money then quit when I have enough saved to start college?

Please help me evaluate my situation.
