So, I'm trying to make a frame that I can use to make a roof over some plants to shade them from the sun. I have done this with some shade cloth and a pvc pipe to anchor it to the fence, and that worked great for about a year, but we have some wind storms here and it is time to repair/replace this. So what I want to do is get 3 buckets, pour some concrete in them, place a 4x4x8 post in them and make a frame and attach some shade cloth going from the side of the house to the frame. now I cant dig into the ground as I live in a trailer park, hints as to why I am going to use buckets, but my question is, will the wood rot in the buckets?
