Bought a condo recently, first true month long electric bill came in at over $200! Heating the issue?

I live alone, 1000 sq/ft condo. Barely run any electronics out side of computer/tv for maybe 2-3 hours a day. Heating is electric. I have it set to be 65 constantly. In hindsight, I do hear it running a lot. Could this be the issue? Is having it set to 65 not wise?
