With many calling a recession in the coming year or 2, does anyone recommend a good instrument to round out the low cost equity ETFs that many seem to recommend on this sub?
My target is 80% Equities etfs / 10% Treasury Bonds ETFs / 10% REITs
With all the fancy instruments created in the last few years, could anyone recommend any other better diversifiers than these (when compared to large cap equities )? The options I listed are nothing fancy and have been around for decades, but I've yet to see any new products that beat these old fashioned portfolio components.
