We are selling a home in the bay area. We already moved into our new home. We are not cash strapped but don't want to drag out paying two mortgages. The home just went on the market a couple of hours ago. I trust my realtor and I am sure she will give us great advice on the different offers we get from buyers. Just want to get other folks experiences and advice.

This is what I am thinking about the offer we should accept or the guidelines I am planning to go by: - Don't get greedy, what we deemed as a reasonable price. Take it. - Give more weight to all cash or non-contingent offers. - Seriously consider the first few offers this weekend rather than waiting for just 5k or 10k better offer.

Anything else?
