After declaring bankruptcy about a year ago, Payless Shoes will officially start their liquidation sales beginning tomorrow. Stores won't start closing till the end of March, and many won't till May.
As a bit of a lifelong cheapo, even I avoid Payless. But it could be a good opportunity to load up on socks, shoe care products, and maybe some beat em up type sneakers.
