Today I went for an eye test, and the optometrist suggested that I replace my current glasses since they are 4 years old. However, I am unsure if the slight change in CYL and Axis would make that much of a difference to my eyesight.
Old prescription - my current glasses.

To replace the lenses with anti-reflection coating is £98 and £118 with the blue coating (vision express). Do other companies replace lenses? I might also consider buying online.
Thanks
