Sorry for posting the noob question, but couldn't find the answer to this specific situation on Google (maybe your googling skills are superior to mine). I live in the US, and use TDAmeritrade. Hypothetical question: Will I get charged a fee if my order is never filled? Eg. Stock is trading in the 10.10-10.20 range, I place a buy order for 9.90 and the order is never filled - do I get charged the 6.95 fee? What if I cancel, or cancel and replace the order?
