My job currently doesn't make me happy. I work for a company where we are disagreeing on the ethics of how they run their business and I decided that this isn't the type of company I want to work to for. But the catch comes in when I get my finances right I want to begin looking for a home. How would searching for a new job effect this? I don't plan on leaving until I have something in place, and I wouldn't accept a lower pay. I've read a little bit that if I were to accept a job in the same field for a higher pay, with out a break in between then chances of red flags lower. Is there truth to this or should I just stick it out until I get past that phase in hopefully 1-2 years?
