I was researching on how the interest rates on these bonds are fixed. What all parameters go into consideration while fixing the interest rates for each of the particular bonds? I tried searching up online and I couldn't find anything particularly useful.
Could we create a predictive model if we knew what all parameters influence the interest rates and could we predict what the interest rates would be a couple of months from now? Any reads, research papers and resources would be appreciated, thanks!
