I inherited a house with about 8 years left on the mortgage after my mother passed away, and it needs some of work. Dry wall, painting, floors, few holes that need to patched, a couple holes in the wall, and some water damage in the bathroom means one of the floors needs to come up.
I’m pretty handy, but I thought I’d ask the group. Are there any home repairs that you’d recommend absolutely not trying on your own.
