Sorry if this has already been posted but wanted to share!
There is a ‘movement’ on Facebook called Buy Nothing. It’s where people in your town or community post things for that they want to give away (for free) and you can post things there as well to give away.
There has been a couple times where I was looking to buy something and it just happened to pop up on the site and I was able to get it!
The site is open to everyone in your town so sometimes you may not be picked for the item though.
It’s still up and coming so your town may not have one but maybe you can start it!
It’s called ‘Buy Nothing (your town)’ So example, I live in Watertown, Ma so mine is ‘Buy Nothing Watertown’
