Employer recently decided that health insurance premiums were to high. So while they will continue to cover employees, each employee, we must pay for family members personally. Now I have a payroll deduction just under $200 per paycheck for spouse. But, I got a $2.50 an hour raise to cover it, so end of day my paycheck is about $10 less than previously. Seem fair? Or am I losing something in taxes or something?
