I know this may seem laughable to most but we are in our mid 20s and currently combined in $7k debt. I don’t have any college debt and I paid off my car, she on the other hand has a car payment and around $2k in debt from college. We are ready to start our lives, buying a house and having kids but we are afraid this debt is holding us back. We work steady jobs with okay income but any advice on how to get rid of this debt? Seems like every time we take one step forward it’s two steps back and we don’t want it to get out of control
