I went car shopping with my gf and we found something we thought we could afford, but after trying to get insurance we found we couldn't afford. We signed some papers but no bill of sale and I never put a down payment. Now about a week and a half later we recieve a bill from the bank stating that we have a payment due by March 2nd. I called the bank and entered the numbers and they said there is no account with this information but my gf is stressing out and I just want to make sure her credit doesn't get fucked. Please any help before I go to the dealership after work?
