[US] I need to get a 2017 Tax Transcript for college, but the stupid government has shutdown. How else can I get a Transcript?

For the first and only time, I did my taxes on my own, so I don't have a file at H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt, and irs.gov is down for 'maintenance'

Is there anyway to get an official transcript?
