My grandmother has recently made a trust. She has been tricked into believing in them more than a will. I really don't know the exact difference but that's not why I'm here. The trust has been made out to my dad, but my dad is a piece of garbage who is going to take it all for himself and kick the rest of us to the curb. Tomorrow my grandma is going to alter the trust and put everything in my name. Hes the general power of attorney but doesn't have his name on the deed and she said its "missing" because of that exact reason. My dad is trash and mean to all of us. How do we I go about this?
