Hi,im looking for a bit of help, I have a conservatory that needs a little TLC. We currently have a light/fan like this: http://bit.ly/2WpDpPN with pull cords to operate the fan and light. I was hoping to change it to just a statement ceiling light and a wall switch to control it.Can anyone give me some advise on how big a job this is, if its safe to do as a DIY job and if not, what sort of job/price it is for a professional so I don't get robbed.Cheers all via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2WittHM
