Wondering if anyone can compare doing a warranty claim in store vs. sending it in. I have a messenger bag with a ripped water bottle holder that I'd like to have back by early April. FWIW, I really want it repaired, not replaced (it's perfectly functional otherwise, I hate wastefulness). I don't live near a Patagonia store, but will be near one next week. Wondering if it would be quicker to mail it in now or if it will get processed quicker if I bring to a Patagonia store next week. Anyone have experience with sending items in or taking them to the store?
