I've changed out fixtures before but there are a lot of wires here. Is it the same as a regular fixture under the base?My niece recently started renting a house and all the light fixtures are this old 2 pin type compact fluorescent tubes. The only ones that have tubes in the house are the kitchen and bathroom.
