So I am new to this subreddit, but I will try to explain things quickly. This is my second year renting from a particular place for college (with my fiance), and previously they were paying for oud utilities minus power. Now that we have it set up, I checked the bill and we owe $350. Nothing has changed from our general habits, and we have been fairly careful to assure we haven't left any tap on. Is there anything we can do about this? It's such a large bill, that is 5-6 times larger than I expected.
