I’m considering adding some logistic (delivery, shipping, etc.) stocks to my portfolio. Seems like a business model that isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, which I like because I’m investing in a retirement account. I really don’t know anything about the industry though. I’m fairly business savvy and can read financial statements/perform high level due diligence. I’m looking for advice or a starting point as to what I should be looking for. UPS and Fedex stick out, but am I being too short sighted by just looking at the first two companies that come to mind? Even a recommendation for a specific company would be fine if you can provide some reasoning along with it.
