Unfortunately the education system failed to inform me on taxes. I know I pay a certain amount on my paychecks (17%) and my friend said that whenever I get my tax returns, everything I paid in taxes goes right back to me.
I've always heard about my family being a bit happier everytime "tax return" season rolls around, isn't that soon? If so, do I qualify and what am I supposed to do?
