This will be my first ever DIY project:Buying a sheet of 4x8 purebond oak plywood in order to make a large office workstation (final size will be 2.5x8)Saw a going-out-of-business sale and bought Minwax water-based pre-stain for a great deal (It was the only staining/finishing left on the shelf)Now wondering if I need to stick with a Minwax brand of water-based stain or if I can use other brands?Thanks for your help! via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2RSI8e6
