I posted here about this before when it happened. I dropped a car off at 10pm in an evening in December at an enterprise location in SC, and than was called the next day around 7pm the next day saying there was a dent on the landing board of the passenger side. They've sent me pictures which I will link to here. It's pretty much just a dent with some scuff marks, well they're charging me $1283.49 including $200 for "loss of use". Keep in mind these cars only rent for about $50 a day. I doubt this car required 4 days of work to fix this since it's all cosmetic work. Anyway, I opened a claim with my insurance company so I figure they'll handle it and my credit card company (citibank) will take care of my deductible. But on principle this seems outrageously high I don't even know I did the damage? Since the car was there for almost 24 hours before I was called. I'm attaching the links to the images below of the bills and damage. I whited out any personal info and didn't include pages without relevant info. This was all with enterprise.
