This is in California. Had a promotion applied. Comcast just hiked my my monthly bill from $92, for internet (250mbps) + tv, to $128. Called and they said they could give me a promo for 106 dollars, but I'd be locked into a 2 year contract with a 230something dollar cancellation fee. And its also 14 bucks more per month than I was paying before. All of this considered, I don't even want the TV service, I'm just being forced to get it because it comes with the "deal".
Looking for suggestions. Thanks in advance!
P.S. the other ISPS in the area suck. Really bad. I'm pretty sure comcast is aware of this fact because I already threatened to just cancel my service with concast and they basically just responded, "Okay".
