I got a job as a seamstress(contractor) and my boss suggested I set money aside from each paycheck so that I can pay the taxes on my income when I file. I made about $9,900 in 2018 doing this contract work and I am concerned I didn’t set enough money aside to pay taxes on it when I file. What percentage should I expect to pay? I live in Minnesota.
